How to Get a Job at Jimmy John’s

Jimmy John’s is a sandwich shop that specializes in going from customer order to completed sandwich “freaky fast”. Jimmy John’s also specializes in fast delivery in the local area around each franchise. Jimmy John’s is the fastest growing sandwich chain in the country. Currently 2,200 stores and growing, opening 1 new restaurant per day on average.

Jobs include delivery drivers, bike delivery, inshoppers (sandwich makers), and cashiers.

Delivery Drivers

Drivers are expected to check all products for accuracy against quality standards and deliver products to customers in a safe, courteous and timely manner. Drivers will also work as an inshopper when no deliveries are scheduled.

  • 18 years old
  • Drivers license
  • Clean driving record
  • Proof of auto insurance

Delivery Drivers generally earn between $9 and $18 per hour.

The heart of the kitchen is the sandwich maker or “Inshopper” at a Jimmy John’s restaurant. Sandwich Makers are responsible for genuinely greeting customers when they enter and exit the restaurant, providing world-class customer service, while executing fast, fresh, and flawless sandwiches. You must be able to cover all tattoos and piercings with clothing.
